I'm tech Challenged as i'm an older guy I have AT&T for my phone and I'm happy. I went in today to get directv Do you guys spent 2 hours set in my equipment up and their own store? They went over and beyond duty because they knew I had trouble with the modern conveniences. Had a little bit of trouble getting it to work when I got home. Only because my one set now uses 2 remotes. And they couldn't have possibly known that. Allen Adam and keith are gold I'm not used to service like that anymore. Switched from Verizon to AT&T and I’m very pleased that I did. I had some issues with my number transfer and eSIM so 611 told me I had to go into a corporate store to fix said issues. I did and I was extremely appreciative of Allen, who greeted me and helped and answered all questions I had. Made my switch from Verizon to AT&T a good one. He was extremely friendly and welcoming too. I ended up going back to the store a few days later to get something else figured out and he even remembered me. That’s amazing customer service and he’s a great face to have fronting a company as large as AT&T.
